SLEEP NO MORE
SLEEP NO MORE - The Director's Cut - COMING NOVEMBER 2022
Antonia Bogdanovich was a freelance journalist for The Santa Monica Daily Press, Beverly Hills Weekly and The Charleston City Paper. A week after 9/11, Antonia began an internship at CBS News 48 Hours, under producer Susan Zirinsky.
In 2014, she expanded her short, the critically acclaimed, MY LEFT HAND MAN, into a full-length feature, PHANTOM HALO (2015), which she co-wrote (2015 Austin Film Festival). It was a New York Times Critic Pick. For her father's last feature film, (he passed in January 2022) she raised financing and was a Co-Executive Producer on SHE’S FUNNY THAT WAY (2015) starring Jennifer Anniston and Owen Wilson. She also produced, THE PHENOM (2016), starring Paul Giamatti and Ethan Hawke and SIX LOVE STORIES (2018) with Stephen Tobolowsky and Matthew Lillard. Writer Agatha Dominik recently revised, THE CRIMINALS, a Polish Underground WWII script her parents, Peter Bogdanovich and Polly Platt, wrote in 1968, which Antonia is attached to direct in Poland in 2024. She's set to direct TANGIERS BY FRIDAY, an international crime-drama centered around a group of women who run a high-end sex-trafficking ring. The film will be shot in Malta in early 2023. She’s also writing a TV pilot, VANILLA SHAKE, about her childhood growing up in Hollywood. And a memoir, "298 MILES FROM THE CIRCUS TENT", centered around the last 10 years of her life and she took a deep dive into being a filmmaker in her own right. |
